The Science: Fragrances influence emotions and physiology by directly stimulating the limbic system, the brain's center for emotion and memory. When inhaled, scent molecules trigger the rapid release of neurotransmitters such as dopamine, which promotes pleasure and motivation, and serotonin, which supports relaxation.

DIRECTIONS: after applying, inhale the smell of the fragrance through the nose slowly for the duration of 7 seconds and then, hold your breath for the duration of 4 seconds and then release your breath through the mouth for the duration of 7 seconds. (repeat 3 times)

**(If you cant hold your breath the full 7 seconds, just hold for as long as possible)**
